 Troubleshooting of IP Routed Circuits, Layer2 / Layer3 VPNs, P2P of a single office or between branch offices and corporate office.  Identify/Diagnose and resolve issues of Active and Passive Optical Network/Wireless Radio Networks.  Providing timely and efficient technical support to the customer’s queries including routing, L2/L3 VPNs, Web and Email Hosting services.  Working with Manager NOC to develop technical specifications to achieve client’s requirements.  Active coordination with on duty engineers, supervisors, transmission teams to ensure availability of services.  Ensuring immediate restoration of network assets and resources by taking proactive approach in an event of disruption in network fabric.  Responsible for administration of Enterprise Network and information assets through PRTG – Network Monitor and Host Monitor.
