Take part in stand-ups to discuss blockers in tasks and new tasks at the start of day
Address support tickets for new functionality and modify or fix the already existing ones
Help out team members in daily tasks when and where necessary
Participate in R&D to hone and learn skills in the supervision of managers
Join weekly review meetings for demo and to decide new tasks

Develop customer-based solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications.
Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases.
Develop, document, and enforce application standards and procedures.

Work individually or in team to design and implement new components or modify existing ones
Use project management tool to address support tickets
Collaborate with other team members in projects and delegate tasks when needed
Discuss tasks with manager and take help on blockers if necessary
