Dear Recruiting Team, 
I am pleased to apply for the Admin Manager  position at (Novacolor Pakistan).
My academic training and my experience opt for this job. It would be great opportunity to learn and exercise my skills and knowledge acquired during my academic training and internship experience. My varied education has prepared me for this kind of job. During my studies, I was responsible for international students at Bielefeld University where I successfully organized a variety of projects for personal and educational development. This versatile experience developed communication and management skills.
I started my professional career at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre as an Admin Oficer, and served here for 5 good years in Admin department. I used to  receive official tasks from various particularly related to government offices Like Excise and Taxation offices, LDA, WASA, LESCO, SNGPL offices through my supervisor in the administrative department  and i was given some important  instructions on how to complete these tasks successfully. Thankfully, all these tasks have been the most successful in the past 5 years, and has developed strong expertise in administration, hospital management and practices in different departments of SKMCH &RC. Moreover the hospital`s Facility Inspection is being conducted on quarterly basis and I’ve contributed as Inspection team member for the year 2018 & 2019. I have actively participated in the Joint Commission International Accreditation [JCIA] Audit which was conducted in April 2018. Further, I am the representative of SKMCH&RC for ISO and responsible to upgrade procedures for continuous Quality improvement.  I am also looking after the daily operations of Mailing & Duplicating office as well as transport section.
Achievement:  Keeping view of my services in the department a Best Employee of the Year award has been awarded for the year 2018 owing to my excellent performance.
