• Involve in direct sales of leading Health Safety Environment Energy Quality training courses and signing MoU with stakeholders
Responsible for leadership development, compliance and strategic planning.
• Responsible to plan, develop, implement business strategies, and ensure the quality delivery of training/learning & development programs
• Conduct training needs analysis, budgeting, prepare and maintain annual training calendar in accordance to the training needs analysis.
• Prepare annual training budget in accordance to the annual training calendar.
• Design training programs and scheduling them as per the training calendar.
• Develop internal trainer pool for delivery of technical training programs.
• Evaluate and audit training program effectiveness & feedback and ensure continuous improvement of future training programs.
• Looking after overall T&D operations of the company for the international programs being offer at SBS.
• Liaison with HR manager/officers of company clients to know their future training needs.
• Assessment of feedback forms, development of end of training reports and evaluation of training reports which are conducted across the Pakistan.
• Heading T&D department and leading a team of 10 members based in Lahore and Karachi offices for smooth execution of T&D programs at respective locations.
• Development of training manuals, customization of training contents, audio & video aids, reference materials, monitoring & evaluation/assessment, supporting tools, and development of project resource & capitalization of any project.
• Enjoyed handling more than 500 training projects/workshops, seminars and more than 10,000-man days of trainings.
• Management and coordination with trainers/teachers (both internal and external) to ensure alignment of program design/content with client’s needs.
• Liaison with national, international, public and private awarding bodies i.e. NEBOSH (UK), IOSH (UK), CIEH (UK), Highfield (UK), PECB (Canada), SBS Australasia (AUS), PHMA, Mansol, NIDA, PDC NUST, SAACIWCE (Govt), PNEC NUST for the smooth delivery of training & develop
