Ensure accounting systems, policies, internal controls and procedures are quickly established for the collection of accurate, complete and timely financial data (e.g.: budgets, forecasts, expenditure, commitments, payroll, and delegation of authority).
Liaising with Administration department, Human resource department and Program department regarding policy matters and devising ways to integrate accordingly for achievement of overall objectives of organization.
Prepare management reports and proposal budgets on regular and timely basis and elaborating such reports to concerned authorities, ensuring compliance with donor guidelines, for effective decision making.
Assist in preparation of forecasted cash flows to manage overall liquidity of organization.
Preparation of bank reconciliation statements of bank accounts
Preparation of payroll sheets and its relevant charging to projects thereof.
