Key Responsilities (Public Investment Management Unit)
· Preparing working papers for review meetings
· Assisting the consultants of GPP-KP and PIM Unit in day to day functions related to Public Investment Management activities
· Maintaining data and information related to donor projects assisting P&DD under PIM reforms
· Developing & maintaining timely accurate and efficient coordination mechanisms internal & external liaison.
· Instituting (Letters, Concept Notes, Working Papers, Summaries and PUC's)
· Maintaining official correspondence (files, letters, emails, etc.)
· Preparation of special reports assigned by the Chief Economist and GPP-KP
