·      Develop persuasive proposals, concept notes or Expressions of Interest in accordance with HDF policies (particularly those on environmental and social safeguarding and gender mainstreaming) and donor requirements to secure funding from various sources.
·      Identify and research potential funding and/or partnership opportunities amongst government agencies, foundations, and other relevant funding sources aligned with HDF focus areas including sustainable environment (including WASH), Climate Action, Health, Education, Livelihoods, food security, sustainable socioeconomic development, Disaster Risk Management / Reduction, etc.
·      Collaborate with program managers, project teams, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information/data required for proposal development.
