Ø  Looking after Production floor of Electric Vehicles 3-Wheeler & 2-Wheeler to ensure quality production within target.
Ø  As a member of steering committee, responsible to supervise all product development & SAP activities of Electric 2-Wheeler.
Ø  Analyze & design Assess impact and gaps processes, To Be Processes and configuration for the SAP Module.
Ø  Define detailed Blueprints for development requirements & to provide functional support.
Ø  Execute the necessary system configuration to enable SAP S4/HANA implementation.
Ø  Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP S4/HANA implementation.
Ø  Drive workshop and training session to coach junior staff senior Management for SAP S4/Hana & monitoring the performance of End User
Ø  Designing Process Flow diagrams, narrative procedures of business cycle linked with running procedure in SAP S4/Hana.
Ø  Responsible to provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery solutions designed to meet company’s business need.
Ø  To ensure all raw material to production lines for smooth & quality product as per standards.
Ø  Designing Standard Operating procedures of machines, products & all direct / in-direct raw materials.
Ø  To design & ensure the implementation of all SOPs within production Plant.
Ø  To ensure smooth month end closing physically as well as in SAP system.
Ø  To look after Controlling & budgeting of Product & Overheads to maximize the business feasibility.
Ø  Analyze variances in Physical & In-system stock.
Ø  Support I.S department for smooth process running of business.
Ø  Monthly Audit of Production physical Vs System & Actual Vs Targeted.

Ø  Generate Material Requisitions (MRs) against required jobs.
Ø  Run Customized Move Orders (CMOs) & Move Order Transfers (MOT) / Move Order Issue (MOI) as per requirements.
Ø  Ensure all stock availability at all Production lines.
Ø  Verification of Physical Stock against issued Move order Transfer Report.
Ø  Verification of each vehicle in Oracle against Line off data.
Ø  Handing Over vehicles to Quality Department for Completion Mark via Emails.
Ø  Coordination with inter departments including Store, Quality, EDD & ERP Department for smooth production plan.
Ø  Coordination with Finance Department via meetings / emails for costing purposes.
Ø  Maintain & Generate WIP and Finish Goods Inventory Report from ERP System.
Ø  Ensure that the manufacturing activities meet the organizational requirements for Quality Management, Health & Safety.

Ø  Updating BOMs of vehicles production as per client requirements.
Ø  Correspondence with Inter Departments Via E-mails and meetings for smooth & efficient Production Plan.
Ø  Generate Material Requisitions (M.Rs) & Purchase Requisitions (P.Rs).
Ø  Ensure all Stock availability at all production Lines.
Ø  Coordinate with Customers & departments to resolve discrepancies for smooth operations & on time delivery of vehicles.
Ø  Physical stock taking of material on daily basis.
Ø  Receive and verify material from Store department as per ERP generated Material Requisitions and Material Issuance Note (MIN).
Ø  Correspondence with Finance Department for budget Costing & Controlling Processes.
Ø  Generate Tracking reports from ERP for Pending Materials and coordinate with concern departments to resolve short fall.

Ø  Efficient feeding of production into ERP (SAP) system.
Ø  Tracking ERP reports to resolve any discrepancies to guarantee smooth and continuous data management operations.
Ø  Verification of manufacturing orders against SAP and as per plan.
Ø  Receive and verify raw material from SCM as per SAP generated delivery challan (DC).
Ø  Coordination with concerns on timely basis for any short fall in raw material.
Ø  Ensure all Finished Goods Inventory physically & systematically handed over to logistics department against transfer note.
Ø  Maintain & Generate WIP and Finish Goods Inventory Report from SAP System.
Ø  Physical Stock taking of products on daily basis.
Ø  Ensure that the manufacturing activities meet the organizational requirements for Quality Management, Health & Safety.
Ø  Execute KAIZEN & 5-S Activities at production plant.

 Ø  Diagnosing break down problems.
Ø  Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
Ø  Coordination with OEMs & clients to resolve breakdowns & to ensure on time delivery of equipment.
Ø  Lead maintenance team for all operations & equipment installations as per Standards.
Ø  Assist clients in equipment logistics, after sell service and follow-ups.
Ø  Writes and reviews maintenance related technical/non-technical documents such as SOPs, Inspection Reports and Service Reports.
Ø  Handle all staffing concerns including recruitment, training and knowledge transfer and educating junior staff.
