Working as Human Resource Officer Since 2015, when i was selected as Public Relation officer with Prime foundation Pakistan, When i selected the feild of study as HRM, the organization promoted me to HR Assistant and Alhamdulellah I now working as Senior HR Officer,
Alhamdulellah I feel proud on my Job and responsibilities. My duties and responsibilities are limited but unlimited when Boss/director stays with me in my office.
I interviewed during my carear round about 1000 candidates and hired about 50 to 60 for job.
My future is to acheive the highest position in the organization being HR professional.
