Report to DTL  supervise and manage the site staff assigned to the Contract, and ensure that they carry out their responsibilities and duties, monitor their activities advise the supervision site team on all aspects of construction supervision and quality control.  Ensure that all necessary contract documentation is available on-site.  Responsible for checking the setting out of all parts of the permanent works before construction, and checking that the work is in accord with the designs after construction.  Ensure prompt responses when the Contractor has called for inspections and/or approvals.  Liaise regularly with the DTL and provide details of progress and any contractual and technical Problems. Arrange and chair regular meetings with the Contractor and other site staff on scheduled progress and contractual and technical issues that may affect the contractor\\\'s performance or ability to meet the contract objectives.  Review the Contractor\\\'s initial and updated construction programs for compliance with contract completion dates and ensure that the updated programs properly reflect actual delays and awarded extensions of time.  Prepare the Monthly Contract Report and advise The Engineer/Chief Quantity Surveyor of actual and forecast cost and progress of the contract.  Submit all bridge piling and foundation records, and girder stressing records, to the B: Eng.  Check the adequacy of the Contractor’s temporary works and the safety of the Contractor’s working methods.  Review interim payment applications and prepare and approve interim payment certificates for further checking by the chief Quantity Surveyor and certification by The Engineer.  Arrange the measurement of works and verify quality compliance of the works.  Prepare and maintain Assets Registers for his residency, maintain a record of accidents on site, and notify The Engineer of any serious occurrences.  Ensure that the Consultant site staff and the Contractor comply with the requirements of the EMP.  Assist in the preparation of “As Built” drawings, a Contractor’s responsibility, coordinate final inspection and acceptance of the work, and prepare a draft completion Certificate for The Engineer to issue.

PMU Project.  Being a Resident Engineer watch and supervise the work and ensure that the standard of workmanship employed follows the specification, contract agreement, and client circular.  Ensure Safety compliance, developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Plans. Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and Correspondence letters.  Review and negotiate contracts and change orders.  Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.  Review and monitor the progress of the work according to the project schedule and Provide regular updates and reports to senior management consultants and clients.  Determining the measurement and value of work and nominated subcontractor.  Meeting with Clients/Consultants regarding future planning and Progress of work and identifying all obstructions and structures that interfere with the right-of-way, in preparation for finding adequate solutions.  Prepare a report of a problem at the site like Alligator cracks, La-hi bridge link road, and additional work forward to the engineer and client NHA for proper information and action

Relocated and designed Avalanche Gallery /Shot Crete/Culverts/ Protection wall approach to reduce costs, resulting in faster completion by avoiding the main existing services and a cost savings.
