As the office's administrative manager, I oversaw a variety of tasks related to paperwork and accounts. This included managing employee salaries, closing deals, processing monthly
invoices, and planning both in-office and out-of-office events. I was particularly proud of my work organizing yearly events for staff in Lahore and Gujrat, which took place almost every other weekend. In addition to these responsibilities, I also kept a close eye on staff
attendance and dress code violations, translated company policies for new employees, and conducted regular interviews with candidates via Zoom Meetings with HR Karachi and the
Country Head.
Company is currently using SAP (System Analysis Program) for accounts and all operations, therefor the working environment is very professional, my job is to monitor all the expanse of the company and complete the reports in the months end, I assist the Production teams for their Sales order and Job Orders
After few years of an other job due to my own personal duties, Acro Tech recall me as Admin. This time Acro Tech started there projects across the country and management of all regional offices is manage by our head office in Lahore
