JOB RESPONSIBILITY • Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, and inspection, documentation, and operations activities. • Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. • Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. • Review of Quality inspection plans & relevant procedures - Holding Daily & Weekly Quality review meetings with contractors & Client. • Material Inspection (Welding Consumables and Incoming Material). As per relevant standards and project specification. • Develop ITP & PQP As per relevant standards and project specification. • Develop Procedures As per standards and project specification. • Planning of Fabrication Shop Inspection and NDT activities. • Witness of welder qualification tests. • Co-ordination with client for documents review of test packs.
