After working on networking for long time, my interest toward networking escalated and that’s why by using my skills and qualifications I want to work on same field and want to contribute in organization’s success. 8. Perform troubleshoot on all network and application issues and recommend resolutions to ensure better customer services.
9. Manage requests from internal and external clients and resolve it through email and phone.
10. Monitoring the network through the Network Monitoring System. Network performance reporting such as bandwidth usage, pack loss, downtime of the remote terminals.
