2. Preparation an Annual departmental Budget
3. Identify risks for next year planning
4. Competitors Analysis and action plan
5. Controlling a departmental budget on monthly basis
6. Monthly lock the financial & efficiency targets and monthly monitoring to achieve the company annual targets
7. Monthly, Annually, Sami Annually & Annually Report of Company progress for Management
8. Setting Targets of Business tasks and Key tasks, along with maximum scoring for evaluation
9. Provide a training to staff for next year business planning
10. Company/Department Level Policies development
11. Maintaining and follow up of company key documents for renewal
12. Strong coordination with all stake holder to achieve the company annual targets
13. Coordination and communication between support and product line
14. Make an Arrangement for Annual Company Tour
15. Annually & Sami Annually Awards/ Incentive working based on KPIs/ Performance
16. Close coordination with Marketing Team for Annually & Sami Annually Awards events
17. Meeting Schedule for Senior Management
18. MOM for Management Meeting
19. Development and implemented of Key Tasks Management System (KTMS)
20. Follow up and implemented of division & company level key tasks
21. Making an employee’s KPIs as per JDs
22. Monthly & Quarterly Incentive working as per Performance/ KPI
23. Prepare KPIs gaps analysis report
24. Setting criteria of KPI calculations.
25. Maintain each quarter Performance record
26. Department Action Plan follow up and review
27. E-Archive (Document Management System) processing & up-gradation
28. Prepare Operations Management & Reporting Management reports
