Manage Network Level KPI monitoring and optimization (2G 3G).
Possess in depth knowledge of RF Optimization KPIs, algorithms, parameters.
Ensure different Cell DB Parameter trials and Bench mark the results after implementation.
Ensure Parameter audit and Frequency audit for different clusters.
Ensure Escalation of critical issues to the concerned departments and their follow up.
In depth knowledge of optimization process for Multiband cells, CRO (C2 criteria) tuning for Dual BCCH cells.
Ensure coordination with relevant teams (Internal/ Vendor) for early resolution of critical issues.
Manage drive test analysis and ensure the timely generation of DT reports.
Analyze Neighbor inconsistency reports and timely execution of relevant WOs.
Coordination with different teams for resolution of high priority customer complaints.
Manage day to day critical operational issues.
