One of my distinguishing strengths is my diversity of experience. I have an MS degree in sociology and 10 years of experience in the development sector. My professional experience includes strategic planning, project management, project design, team recruitment, team capacity building, advocacy and communication, test preparation, interview framing, concept note development, proposal writing, and project implementation. The dominant areas of my interest include education, health, gender-based violence, human rights, inclusive rights, migration, livelihood, local governance, rights-based community stabilization, liaison building, workshops and seminars and training, and community development. During my professional roles, I acquired outstanding communication, report-writing, public relations, administration, and networking skills.
The Coordinator Projects oversaw the project management and coordination with the government departments, academia, civil society organizations, media, judiciary, law enforcement agencies, and other local stakeholders to ensure the project activities were smooth and effective. The position also involves the assistance of higher management in the planning of activities, organizing recruitment processes at the regional level, and dually implementing the planned project activities as per the set and required standards by the organization and donor.
Specific tasks:
• Oversee the overall project management and detail implementation plans of the project.
•Project staff orientation on the project and team performance review.
•Assist the program team at the head office in identifying suitable consultants in Balochistan.
•CVs are collected through advertisement and headhunting of candidates and consultants required by the head office for different project activities in Balochistan.
•Arrangements of training, workshops, and seminars at the regional level.
•Supervised a smooth coordination with the programs team, consultants, and vendors contracted by the organization.
•Maintain smooth liaison with relevant stakeholders, including government departments, ministries, academic institutions, local media, CSOs, and local communities in select project districts.
• On behalf of Accountability Lab Pakistan, I attend meetings with government departments and other stakeholders, document the minutes of the meetings, and report to the head office.
•Review and collate all deliverables, milestones, and periodic project reports and submit them to the head office according to the proposed timelines.
• Facilitate program, M&E, and finance team during the implementation of project activities in Balochistan.
The Provincial Coordinator-GBV oversaw the overall project management, plan development, team orientation, and implementation of the project activities in close coordination with the donor and project team. The position is also responsible for milestone setting, planning, designing, monitoring, reviews, process documentation, providing programmatic inputs, coordination, liaison building, and implementation of the project activities as per the plan and due budget.
Specific tasks:
• Directed the training on the objectives and functions of Women and Girls Friendly Space (WGFS) in the flood-affected communities.
• Providing technical assistance to the local organizations and communities.
• Provision of first aid, Case management, and psychosocial support of the GBV cases and protection of the affected women and girls through different pathways in Balochistan.
•Coordinating GBV response and prevention efforts across the province.
• Design the staff JDs, performance review, appraisal, and reporting mechanism within the team.
•Ensure proper and quality reporting from team members and meet reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate closely with other program teams at the regional level to build synergies and effective program delivery.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, planning, designing, strategy development, team building, team capacity building, strategy development, and coordination of the project activities.

•Detailed implementation plan development and implementation in collaboration with the team.
•Manage resources for project activities and utilization as per the budget.
•Review project material and manage project tools throughout the lifecycle of the project.
•Develop the linkages between community organizations and government departments through their registration with authorized departments in the area.
•Capacity building of staff and community members on Social Mobilization processes.
•Developments of GBV interventions in the targeted communities in Balochistan.
•Coordinate with government departments and civil society organizations to establish a district-based GBV Referral Mechanism.
The Senior Manager of Programs and Operations is responsible for the successful leadership, guidance, plan development, implementation strategies, team management, team capacity building, field operations, and overall supervision and reporting of the program activities to achieve the organization\\\'s goals and objectives.
Specific tasks:
• Develop strategies and guidelines for women\'s inclusion in management and program activities.
• Communication between the Board of Directors and government departments; Providing support to the Board of Directors and CEO by preparing meeting agendas and supporting materials.
• Led the project team in the equal distribution of resources for men and women to ensure gender equality in the program and Supervise day-to-day performance.
• Implement a performance management process for all staff, which includes monitoring staff performance on an ongoing basis and conducting an annual performance review.
• Capacity building of the entire human resource working with the organization as per their job requirements, code of conduct, and general risk and compliance obligations.
• Monitoring of the planned activities and resport to the management for the smooth implementation of the program activities as per the required standards.
The Program officer was responsible for the weekly and monthly plan development and quarterly reports, performance charts and reports for the organization. Serving in the field visits to communities for their empowerment and motivation to ensure the community participation, looking after the capacity building of staff on the project activities and arrangements of training orientation sessions for the community members. Supervising the performance of the reporting of staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring visits and also coordinate for community mobilization with the implementation of quick impact support projects in communities.
The Social Mobilization Officer was responsible for the Identification of potential leaders, Community Groups formation and their capacity building through trainings and awareness sessions. As Social Mobilization Officer I was also responsible, to support the district manager, field coordinator in the Community Driven rehabilitation approach.
