1. Process hiring of visiting faculty and submits documents to HR dept.
2. Maintain records of visiting faculty documents.
3. Communicates through phone calls and emails with visiting faculty for schedules, announcements, collection of course files, and other requirements.
4. Compile thesis/IRS/Projects and arranges Research Symposia twice a year.
5. Assists in uploading the thesis results, after marking by the advisor, external examiner, and program manager.
6. Collects and provides pertinent data required by HEC and other agencies, from relevant departments at SZABIST.

1. Managing Telenor Pakistan’s account on behalf of Kinverg.
2. Marketing and managing the public training programs offered by Kinverg.
3. Conducting marketing meetings with prospective and existing clients of Kinverg.
4. Creating liaison between Clients and decision-makers and Kinverg’s Senior Leadership.
5. Planning and executing Marketing Plan.
6. Managing social media platforms in light of the marketing plan.
7. Performing administrative activities including invoicing, training results development and communication, course material printing and certificate management, arranging training venue, coordination during training sessions, etc.
