Responsible for producing competitive prices through evaluation of instructions, specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and discussions with technical and production departments.
Prepared technical proposals in collaboration with other relevant department
All activities related to the Project Engineering & Management cycle of the project.
Study the scope of work from tenders, Drawings, Work orders, Agreements and execute the same as per project requirements.
Coordinate with other discipline engineers/designer/project manager for efficient project execution to meet/exceed customer’s requirement, project schedule & quality standard
Coordinating with the client for the approval of the drawing, documents

Interfacing with various vendors, customer and purchase group for procurement of project equipments/material product.

Project Management
·         To implement project (team formulation, drawings, team management, procurement, installation, commissioning, logistics, boarding/lodging, documentation etc.,)

Work with a team of engineers in designing, developing, testing and solar photovoltaic systems, support structures, solar panels, modules, batteries and electric power generation units for residential and light commercial use.
Prepare, inspect and assemble solar panels, modules, panels and support structures, as prescribed in the assembly instruction.
Conduct site inspections to check on work progress and compliance to work specifications.
Conduct order support and pre-sale design activities to ensure that customer requirements can be met in accordance with product standards


Provide project planning development and management services
Provide project evaluation support including project commissioning

· To assist the project Incharge regarding all over the project of maintenance & operation of reciprocating compressors.
· Supervise & handle the manpower, maintenance jobs coordination and field issues.
· Prepares preventive maintenance plan of compressors and exercise the same for smooth operation.
·  Administering manpower matters regarding assigning of maintenance & operation jobs.

· Maintain & exercise the monitoring system of plant

· To optimize resources utilization i.e. equipments, materials and manpower
· Prepares/compiles technical proposal bidding purposes
· Administering the contract agreements between the Company and its subcontractors whereby Company and Client interests are protected and costs are managed.
·  Interpretation of drawings, specifications and field issues
·  Prepares and coordinates the project schedule and maintains this throughout the project. Optimizes the use of personnel to achieve the schedule. Forecasts and addresses deviations to schedule

 

Supervise installation & Commissioning works regarding HVAC Units.
Supervise the opeartaion & maintenance of entire HVAC System installaed at HQCAA and other rotary equipments
Maintain & update the inventory of equipments installed at HQCAA.
Handling the contract / agreement matters regarding HVAC.
Dealing the procurement matters regarding HVAC.
Co-ordination with contractors for timely execution of works.
Implementation of improvements works related to plant reliability, process effectiveness and cost
