I have been a textile professional for more than 15 years now. My career spans from Production planning to merchandising and marketing and covers commercial fabric processing and fabric, chemicals and accessories sourcing. I have worked in weaving and knits sectors and planned processing machine planning and garments lines for both bottom apparels and knitted gerzee garments. I have worked at a senior operation level in home textiles as well where I have been in charge of order execution and cost controlling in the over all process.
I am currently heading the production planning and greige procurement of a textile company "Shafi Texcel".

Head of Production Planning and Supply Chain
I was in-charge of orders queing and processing for in time delivery.
At the same time I was responsible for the reconciliation of fabric and also followed up the material procurement and in time arrival at plant to ensure the completion of production cycle with out a delay or unnecessary machine stoppage.
Merchandising and Marketing Manager
I was responsible for the production Line Management and fabric and Accessory arrangement of Garments Division
I was also responsible for Fabric and Accessories management of Wider width Fabric (Home Textiles products). I worked as a Commercial manager for 3 years to get these task completed.
Production planning Manager
I worked as a Sewing Line Planner and Quality Assurance person. In this capacity, I was responsible to get the order processed as per the instructed set of specifications, received from the customer. I also held the office of focal procurement person.
Assistant Manager Production Planning
I was responsible for the bulk order sheet recieving and put them in the que for processing. I used to start the procedure by getting the processing order sheets signed and get the ball rolling for the orders.
Getting the fabric reconciled after the order completion was also my scope of duty
