• To ensure smooth and timely implementation of the project activities and interventions as designed in the project framework.
• Project identification, formulation, follow-up of implementation and appraisal.
• Visit project sites regularly for monitoring and progress of project. Submit monitoring reports with recommendations for follow-up action to satkeholders and report on a regular basis about concerns related to project related issues.
• To be involved in the development of the monitoring tools.
• Policy analysis and follow up of main developments in the relevant sectors.

• Filling Poverty Score Card to measure poverty of selected beneficiary.
• Transfer Assets to targeted beneficiary.
• Compilation of information relating to project and internal presentations accordingly
• Drafting of project outlines, and periodic reports
• Follow up reports of each individual beneficiary.
• Begin by reviewing assigned field areas and prepare an efficient route.
• Maintenance of record sheets with locations and number of questionnaires filled and uploaded to server.
• Maintenance of log sheets, Record qualitative responses and lesson learned record of replaced villages.
• Make mobility plan with consultation of enumerators, assigning of villages to enumerators.
• Ensure a timely organization of field work, including: proper organization of enumerators, pre-arranging of village visits and arrangements for data collection on devises and uploading.
• To get reliable estimates of the status of children’s schooling and basic learning (reading and arithmetic level) at the district level;
• To measure the change in these basic learning and school statistics from last year; and,
• To interpret these results and use them to affect policy decisions at various levels.
