1. Mobilization/ sensitization in context of SGBV and child protection.

1 Mobilize and sensitize women beneficiaries regarding project activities.
2 Formulation of women groups, where necessary, and building their organizational capacity .
3. Plan and organize training on livestock management for the women beneficiaries in close coordination with JEN technical expert and FATA livestock department technical staff.
4. Conduct follow-up and monitoring visits to ensure use and utilization of provided inputs to women.
• To develop, get approved project plan and implement project activities as per project plan.
• Identify and develop project-specific relationships with partner organisations and support the Project Director in ensuring technical best practices and quality in all Education project initiatives.
• Contribute to the regular review of the Project Strategy and alignment with the strategic planning tools.

• With the support of the Program Director establish and maintain a project monitoring system which collects all data required for program management and donor reporting.
• Communicate and coordinate on a regular basis with relevant government agencies, stakeholders, NGOs and other partners, feeding information back to WFP KPK.

• Provide technical back stopping to the partner, regularly visit the field, do process monitoring and provide feedback to partners. Ensure all the objectives along with indicators as outlined in the project proposal are met while ensuring high quality.
• Take full responsibility of the respective budget assigned. Prepare budgets and regularly update them, take approval as per organizational procedure and ensure quarterly budget variance remains within tolerance level.
• Assist Project Director in finalising programme budget and discussing the same with potential partner to have suggestions.
1. Working with female rural female communities for their Socio-economic empowerment and sustainable development with the following job description.
2. Organize women communities.
3• Conduct Socio-economic survey to supplement the information for preparing of village land use plans and training need assessment of female community in Mardan, Abbotabad, Dir, D.I Khan, Chitral, Nowshehra and Haripur, Batkhela,Tank, Bannu and Lakki Marwat.
4• Involve women organization in identification of interventions, particularly planning and implementation of village land use plans as a tool for their Socio-economic development.
5• Assist women organization in identification of income generation activities and assist in trainings and initiation of activities by the women community.
