United Ethanol Ltd is a renowned organization for services to Energy and Process industry in Pakistan and also generate Electricity from Bio Gas.
• Basic plant and process familiarization.
• Managing a team of 5 technical experts while carrying out day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Understanding the operations of electrical equipment installed at the site.
• Initial understanding of drawings used at the site.
• Performing a detail walk-through and verification of SLDs and Schematics.
• Troubleshooting and modifying drawings (SLD, schematic, wiring & logic drawings).

• Detail Walkthrough and Verification of Cable Layout, Fire & Gas Equipment, Lightning Layout, Cable schedule.
Internship
Fauji Cement Ltd is one of the most efficient and best maintained plants in Pakistan, functioning at high capacity utilization and installation of the largest single line ever commissioned in Pakistan, having a capacity of 7,200 tons clinker per day. FCCL has installed Pakistan's first ever Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) process.
• Worked with a team of 5 interns.
• Detailed research on all substations and power station.
• Observed the working various machines with special focus on generators, motors and feeders, their protection systems and their maintenance of substations.
