Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Board of Directors. Leads and directs the following functions and/or business units:

Manage the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units mentioned above.

• To ensure the safety & security of the employees, passengers, members/guests, all Metrobus stations, Metrobus depots, Metrobus corridor and linked territory of all Masstransit systems in Multan effectively managing through huge team of security staff.
• Regular assessment of the risks associated with Metrobus operations and mitigating these risks through implementation of designed SOPs.
• Ensuring instant availability of security cover for all situations and emergencies by reaching the scene of troubled spot and carrying out the factual assessment of situation quickly and solving it and taking all possible measures for prevention of panic and chaos.
• Execution of security management plans and ensure the compliance of SOPs by taking safety and security measures. And monitoring of entire contract for the safety & security services for Metrobus systems in Multan including service level agreements.
• Maintaining close liaison with Local Administration and Police officials and beefing up security arrangements with the help of police / security agencies on special occasions and develop safety and security plans to safeguard special activities held in the organization, visits of foreign delegates, VIPs and other members/guests.
• Periodically inspection of firefighting systems, machinery and other ancillary equipment installed in the territory of Punjab Masstransit Authority systems. Enforces fire prevention regulations and takes action to secure abatement of fire hazards.
• Doing intelligence work by getting all the information regarding expected breach of security, other activities in the organization and responsible for managing the prevention of unauthorized entry of persons in the territory of organization, prevention of preaching of any political ideology, religious or sectarian faith and belief.
• Responsible for enforcement and maintenance of general discipline and peaceful atmosphere in the territory.

• To plan and coordinate the security matters, policies, occupational security and program continuity of Doaba Foundation projects and project funded by Welthungerhilfe (WHH).
• To implement the security SOPs locally for projects of Welthungerhilfe.
• Arrangements of security & protocols for expats at airports and other Govt. offices.
• To coordinate with security networks, Pakistan Humanitarian Foundation and security consultants in international and national organizations.
• To visit field areas for security assessments and analysis to take security measures and recording the reports of unusual incidents or occurrences in order to minimize or deter the development of hazardous or dangerous situations.
• In liaison with local Government, Police, Emergency Services, Civil Defence and INGOs/NGO’s other UN agencies for emergency response and crisis management and to meet the security needs of the organization.

• To provide trainings to local staff and volunteers regarding rescue operations, medical emergency management, firefighting, management of road accidents, water rescue and disaster emergencies.
• To collect all the information and record pertaining to appropriate emergencies to feed in the portal of Punjab emergency service regularly.
• To impart community training programs on health and safety.
• To train the staff, volunteers and community about quick response to the emergency with available resources according to the emergency need.

• To supervise and manage agents by facilitating public of flood prone areas.
• To maintain all the complaints received and update into the NADRA database on a regular basis.
• To manage the humanitarian grievance redressal system through a call center registered by the people of flood affected areas from all over Pakistan.
• Office management to make the services best of the call center of International Organization for Migration at Islamabad.

• To ensure the proper security of assets, public, equipment, buildings, access points and all the premises of valued clients owned by the company for safety & security by deployment of security staff.
• To make sure the security of organizations, institutions, personnel and banks through contracts or sub contracts.
• To keep close liaison with the deployed staff and valued organizations/clients and supervising the security officers/supervisors.
• To train with quality and sensitize security staff/guards/supervisors about their role towards public safety & security by imparting security trainings of newly hired security guard as well.

• To manage operations, sales & marketing, data/inventory management, public dealing, business administration and development.
• To liaise with the field staff (Technicians) regarding daily reports and activities as well as to get report on invoices.
• To support Area Managers in conducting marketing activities concerning corporate sales and inventory management.
• To draft, editing and production of promotional including brochures, updates, financial reports, presentation materials for the seminars.
• To Organize field trips for potential field staff to monitor and deliver the products of the company.
• To meet public for feedback and counseling to field staff and improving their skill towards development.

• To ensure the safety & security standards by all occupants, personnel, visitors, employees and workers as well as security of Pakistan Navy installations/assets as well as to provide security to the delegation and foreigners/visitors.
• To conduct criminal investigations in Pakistan Navy and preparation of investigation reports with good intellectual and analytical ability in order to apply complex legislation to a variety of practical circumstances. Also expert in gathering information pertaining to security incidents.
• To make sure armories in use by all kinds of weapon and security equipment’s like pistols, guns, walk-through gates, metal detectors and vapor tracer (explosive/drug detector) as well as to ensure the operations of CCTV room and surveillance systems.
• Conducted security operations and managed security systems with a solid background of training by Pakistan Navy Marines Academy on conducting threat and risk analysis, common crime prevention exercise and to response any unusual activities by the understanding of anti- terrorism, bomb detection and mine-related knowledge.
