My Duties & Responsibilities are:

o To implement & maintain Health & Safety Standards at site & provide Safe System of Work at Plant working Area and ensure Safe System of Work is Implemented and Advise to management and supervisors of Plant and on local authorities’ safety requirements, regulations, expectations, and best practices;

o To inspect the daily activities of plant and to check workers have consulted with Health & Safety standards and Policy.

o To inspect the issuance of PPE to all workers like: Safety (Shoes, Helmet, Face Mask, Gloves, Eye Goggles and Respiratory Mask) and Monitoring of Safety Policies and Plans at all levels of manufacturing. To inspect the Hand held tools & inspect the Vehicles Checklist. To inspect the Id’s of operator of Forklift.

o To inspect the Calibration Certificate of Heavy Machineries & Equipment. To provide the welfare facilities at working site for workers includes: cold water in hot weather & shade, Lunch at site, First Aid Facilities and availability of Medicines.

o To arrange trainings for workers to enhance safety environment and to prevent the accident and misshape at site and inspect those workers who works at height before work then arrange medical examination of fitness. To Conduct Daily Safety Tool Box Talk Meeting with workers and Site Supervisors about current activity and discuss with workers about problems according to work. To conduct weekly Safety Meeting with members of Safety Committee and discuss about the observation and its rectification.

o To conduct Monthly Safety Inspection. To motivate and consult every day to worker’s about Health & Safety Standards and Policy at site. To make reports on Daily, Weekly and monthly Basis according to the Health & Safety requirement. Conduct Risk Assessments for upcoming work and provide technical assistance to the safety planning process.

o To implement & maintain 5-Star Health & Safety Standards at site & provide
Safe System of Work at site & Sub-Station ensure Safe System of Work is
Implemented & followed and · Advise management and site team of company
including contractor, and sub-contractor on local authorities’ safety requirements,
regulations, expectations, and best practices;
o To inspect Critical Work Area in terms of proposed work plan and ensure proper
work permit protocols are followed at all times and inspect the daily activities of
site & Sub-Station of Civil and Electrical work. To check workers have consulted
with Health & Safety standards and Policy.
o To inspect the issuance of PPE to all workers like: Safety (Harness Belt, Shoes,
Helmet, Face Mask, Gloves, Eye Goggles and Respiratory Mask) and Monitoring of
Safety Policies and Plans at all levels of construction. To inspect the Hand held
tools & inspect the Vehicles Checklist. To inspect the Id’s of operator of Heavy
Machineries like: Boom Truck, Crane, Shawl, JCB, Augur Machine and Vibro
Hammer.
o To inspect the Calibration Certificate of Heavy Machineries & Equipment includes:
Tensioner & Puller Machine, Crane, Vibro Hammer and Generator. To provide the
welfare facilities at working site for workers includes: cold water in hot weather &
shade, Lunch at site, First Aid Facilities and availability of Emergency Rescue Kit
and Medicines, First Aider with Ambulance and Male Nurse at Site and mobile
toilet.
To arrange trainings for workers to enhance safety environment and to prevent
the accident and misshape at site and inspect those workers which are work at
height before work arrange medical examination of fitness. To Conduct Daily
Safety Tool Box Talk Meeting with workers and Site Engineers about current
activity and discuss with workers about problems according at work.To conduct
weekly Safety Meeting with members of Safety Committee and discuss about the
observation and its rectification.

Assist management/support functions in establishing, maintaining & improving
HSE management system. Advise and assist the management on carrying out
their duties and fulfilling responsibilities regarding HSE matters.
o Develop, review and revise Project Safety Plans according to the specific
requirements of the project. Ensure that the Project Health and Safety Plan is
produced, approved, keep up to date, communicated to other contractors as
appropriate and implemented effectively.
o Advise management and site team of company including contractor, and subcontractor
on local authorities’ safety requirements, regulations, expectations, and
best practices. Promoting positive safety culture in the organization through
information, training, instruction and monitoring.
o Conduct accident investigation and make reports, devise corrective actions and
monitor the successful implementation of preventive measures. Identify training
needs for managers, engineers, appointees and the workforce and prepare
schedules and arrangements for training. Prepare and initiate comprehensive HSE
training programs and ensure that all employees are trained for the tasks they
are assigned. Ensure that Tool Box Talks are conducted on daily basis and records
maintained. Ensure that all skilled worker, operators and drivers are suitably
trained and having state approved license/certification.
Conduct risk assessments for upcoming work and provide technical assistance to
the safety planning process. Guide the Safety officers in developing Key
Performance Indicators and Targets and help in communicating the findings to
staff and assist in implementation of the mitigation strategies.

QA/QC documentation and review Contractor Construction electrical procedure.
o Monitor Safety activities of supervision contractor and construction contractor.
o To conduct Safety inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
o To conduct inspection for all electrical material deliveries.
o To submit inspection requests (RFIs) in coordination with concerned Site.
o Prepare Daily QA/QC & Daily Safety Report regarding inspections, material &
non-conformances. Ensure all equipment used are calibrated and with valid
Certificate as per Safety Standards and Safety Inspection of Hand Held Tools.
o Daily Visit of site and inspect material used as per standard. To inspect the Safety
of outage or shutdown area and check electrical grounding of equipment
includes: Crane and boom truck.
o Ensure that all works are carried out as per approved method of statement and
approved drawing from the client. Monitor Quality Control on Construction
progress activities.

Preparation and coordination in the implementation of the QA/QC program.
o Attend weekly safety meeting (MOM)
o Calibration of the Equipment with operator’s id.
o Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material & nonconformances.
