Main responsibilities include:

• Ensure report generation timelines are met, identifying and managing potential risks to meeting the deadlines, and producing final products that are top quality.
• Prepare technical proposals for projects on INGOs and other donor agencies.
• Responsible for quantitative data analysis using SPSS, CSPro, Origin Pro and other tools.
• Execute, monitor and control the schedule, cost deliverables, risk management and scope to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Work with functional managers and department heads to allocate resources to the project team.
• Assume responsibility for overall management, governance, direction and execution of course corrections as needed of programs, projects or tasks.
• Design and develop program proposals including conceptual, methodological, operational, evaluative, and financial aspects along with monitoring reports and monthly progress reports.

 Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts for proposed structures.
 Inspect construction of bridges and highways and other types of engineering construction for conformance to drawings, specications, building codes or other applicable ordinances.
 Inspect steel framework, concrete forms, reinforcing steel mesh and rods,concrete or pre-stressed concrete to ensure quality standards and to verify conformance to specications and building codes.
 Inspect construction sites to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained.
 Inspect existing structures to identify and report on structural defects, re hazards and other threats to safety
