Responsible for coordinating HR operations with an emphasis on Payroll, HRIS, and employee benefits and ensuring full HR compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
Payroll :
• Prepare monthly log (new recruits, separations, increments, confirmations, change of reporting, etc.) Before processing payroll with the coordination of HRBPs.
• Responsible for handling HR related queries.
• Responsible for updating roasters as provided from concern department.
• Provide support for payroll accounting and related regulatory reporting and filling requirements.
• Responsible for Attendance management.
Personal File:
• Responsible for efficient filing and management of HR records and employee files
Health Insurance:
• Issuance of Health Card for new recruits & updating addition, deletion, correction, code changing etc) from insurance company.
• Process Medical claim and coordinate Insurance Company to issuance cheque in timely manner.
HR Reports:
• Compile and submit HR Monthly Report (new recruits, separations, increments, confirmations, turnover & training hrs) to Head of HR.
• Prepare monthly attendance report to analyze late arrival, early out, missing attendance trend on department wise and circulate concern heads to punctual.
• Point out habitual late arrivals and coordinate HOD for employee consoling if needed.
Full & Final Settlement:
• Process full & final Settlement by following all processing steps
Organizational Development:
• Developing, implementing, reviewing and monitoring Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all HR operations are in line with the Company’s Policies & Regulatory requirements.
Compensation & Reward Management:
• Assisting in performance appraisals and objective settings exercise.
• Processing various staff loans applications as per Company’s policy.
• Manage PSO fleet management (additional card, replacement card, limit revision, card block, etc) of all staff
• Formulation of PRs', POs',& GRN all purchasing& vehicle maintenance, in Oracle ERP
• Responsible of all International & domestic travel arrangements visa processing and hotel accommodation etc
• Deals with hotel coordinators and get best corporate rates and credit facility all over Pakistan.
• Ensure timely payments pertain to the Administration dept (Cellular Bills, PSO, Hotels, Travel, Florist bills, Mineral water, Diesel/ Oil, Couriers (domestic & International), Utility Bills (KE, SSGC, KMC, PTCL, KWSB, etc), , News paper, etc
• Arrange meetings & Trainings.
• Arrange marketing events and launching program.
• Maintain monthly expense sheet.
• To monitor environmental components.
• To Monitor Office cleanliness, maintenance and janitorial service
• Managing the routine issues of administration
• Solving the technical/ electrical/ maintenance issues of related to administration.
