• Review specifications and drawings.
• Review, check & sign material technical submittals prior to consultant submission
• Review, check & sign method statement & submittals prior to consultant submission.
•Initiate procurement plan & track until delivery & closure.
•Work with sub-contractors to develop start-up procedures.
•Review MEP material submittals, take off & initiate PR/PO with expected delivery dates.
•Ensure coordination between MEP activities at site with the team.
•Review contracts of suppliers & subcontractors & approve according to the ideal scenario.
•Systems dealing with: MV Switchgear, Transformers, LV panels, ATS, SMDBs, Fire alarm, Public Address, Disabled toilet, Water Leak Alarm, CO2, CCTV, UPS, Central Battery, Solar PV, Firefighting, Strom Water, Foul Sewer, Plumbing, HVAC.
•Review contract conditions, scope of works.
