1. Planning, scheduling, assigning and supervising ground maintenance crew in road grading and repair, sprinkling, street cleaning and drainage, turf maintenance as required.
2. Supervising the care and maintenance of lawns, shrubs and hedges, tree removal, planting and spraying and weed eradication.
3. Supervising ground maintenance crew in campus clean-up projects, and assisting in special events projects as required.
4. Performing periodical inspections of all assigned work areas.
5. Maintaining database of inspections and site visits and other records and reports as needed.
6. Designing, installing, supervising installation of bricks, concrete or paved walk ways, estimating and ordering materials, as required.
7. Developing and maintaining turf maintenance program.
8. Instructing employees in the proper methods and use of equipment.
9. Assuring proper routine maintenance is performed on all motorized equipment.
10. Supervising heavy equipment operators and all staff.
11. Operating all related equipment and make necessary minor repairs, as required.
12. Reporting to work as required under emergency conditions, as necessary.

1. Developing indicators and other monitoring tools for the project activities.
2. Providing technical support to field staff on tools/formats etc
3. Monitoring the field level activities on regular basis.
4. Providing positive feed-back to field staff and provide on job support.
5. Collecting the required data from field on regular basis and generate reports as & when required.
6. Ensuring that all activities are taking place according to the agreed plan
7. Frequent field visits to carry out process monitoring based on minimum standards and output level indicators.
8. Receiving accountability data from field, analyze it and share it with MEAL Manager at Head office Level.
9. Compiling and analyze data on monthly basis and share it MEAL Manager.

11. Ensuring effective management of data on Complaint and Response, Monitoring Action Plan Tracker and other related MEAL tools;
12. Carrying out monitoring visits, document and share the key learning and recommendations with respective project teams.
