Working as Office Assistant cum Personal Assistant to Former DG NAB Chief Operating Officer (COO) Research and Collection Services (Pvt.) Ltd (RCS) a Member of PATHFINDER GROUP of Companies (SMS, WPPL, RCS, SMSESS). From 1st April 2016 to till Date. Below are my responsibilities
Responsibilities as Office Assistant.
Conduct NADRA VERISYS online
Perform Driving License check
Do police check for criminal record from Police Station
Prepare character profile through field visits to residence, interview neighbours and check references
Employees Verification of Clients (Field work Record keeping)
Assist in preparation of Security Survey Reports of Clients (Field and staff work to include Security Audit of Firms, Emergency Evacuation Plans, Visitors/VIPs Reception, Route Recce and Movement Control
Assist in preparation of Due Diligence Reports (Field and staff work, report compilation record keeping)
Teller duties (Cash counting) and Cash Transfer to bank
Office typing and record keeping
Office cash handling and record keeping
Project Coordinator (CAREEM Project)
