 Provide administrative support which includes handling phone calls.
 Handle cash and credit transactions and maintains the records of the excess/shortage of cash according to the laboratory policy and IPD advance on a daily basis
 Handle cash transactions.
 Check and confirm laboratory test requirements with patients and give necessary verbal / written information/ instructions so that the specimens are collected as per the lab test requirements.
 Pay consultant payments as per approved shears ratio.
 Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

➢ Perform other duties as required, consistent with the goals, objectives, and responsibilities of
the Inventory and Procurement department and with the approval of the CEO.
➢ Perform other duties as required such as Submission of invoices of procured items to accounts
department with P.O, Invoice, & GRN.
