Implementation of Total Group / Company rules, policies, procedure, best industry practices in terms of safe, reliable and cost effective Terminal Maintenance and Terminal Projects for both Rawalpindi and Tarru Jabba Terminals.
Responsible for overall Terminal Maintenance and Projects and execution of processes with accountability metrics in the following areas: Incident Free Operation, Infrastructure optimization , Internal and External Customer Satisfaction, Support Service Management, Effective management of operating costs, Continuous Efficiency Improvement and enhancement of Organizational Capability.
Terminal Equipment and Routine Maintenance including both Preventive and Reactive.
Prepare & execute Work Plan for Projects & Maintenance Jobs
Share Progress Reports on weekly/monthly basis for ongoing projects.
Assist to close Maintenance related Audit items/NCRs
Correspondence with Vendors, Consultants, Designers, Purchase and Finance Department.
Negotiation with Vendors for OPEX Jobs.
Filling and Record keeping of Equipment\'s Maintenance along with their P&IDs and standard Checklists.
Records of Purchase Requested and Purchase Orders relative to projects and maintenance.
Record keeping of Maintenance of 3rd Party Certificates and Inspection Reports.
Periodic maintenance of Generators, Fire Engines, Flow meter, ATG, HHLA, CCTV, FAS, Air Conditioners, Water-coolers etc.
Maintaining housekeeping of terminal.
Participate in Emergency and Fire Drills
To promote Safety Culture with Compliance of Total Golden Rules
Report One Safety observation on yearly basis and propose corrective action to further strengthen/promote Safety Culture.
Ensure No Spill and Recordable Injuries.

To provide detailed engineering Services, Engineer estimate, Rate analyses, Bidding Documents, Competitive Quotations, Scrutiny and Evaluation of Bids for the Construction of Building, Infrastructure, Petrol/CNG station, Pavement and Parking Areas including Utility services, Signage, HSE requirements & assist in finalization of drawings & preliminary cost estimates for the proposed projects in Coordination with Regional Manager & Engineering Support Manager.
Suggests improvements & propose innovations to increase the efficiency and effectiveness in the project management, Preventive Maintenance contracts and Reactive breakdown procedures and systems.
Liaison with the engineering support & suppliers for the on time processing of Purchase Requests & delivery of goods & services upon issuance of Purchase Orders for the on time completion of projects or maintenance activities.
To ensure execution of work only in accordance with the obtained Govt. & company internal approvals.
To review the maintenance calls received from various retail outlets & co-ordinate with maintenance & Engineering Vendors. Support executives regarding resolution of the same as per SLA and closure in the CALL LOG System. 
To co-ordinate with Engineering Support and Finance executives regarding updating of asset database when the erection particulars format that are filled before/during site commissioning.
To manage assets, their movement and disposal as per Company Policy.
To conduct maintenance inspections & safety audits of the sites regularly with an aim to achieve better safety & maintenance standards throughout the network including CNG facilities.
To assist Regional Manager Projects and Maintenance for the evaluation of performance of the various projects/maintenance contractors and proposed the new potential contractors.
Undertake Maintenance at Consumer Sites and/or Regional Office / Depots/ Warehouse where applicable.

PROJECT: Metro Bus Service, Rawalpindi/Islamabad (Rs. 34 Billion, Completion Time 10 Months w.e.f March 23, 2014).
Pilling In-charge: Lead and advice NESPAK supervision team in proper planning and execution of construction activities.
Summarize the Geo-technical Investigation and laboratory results to formulate complete subsurface profile
Supervise the Load Test for both Working and Test Piles.
Detailed checking of work executed at site as per Drawings, B.O.Q. and Technical Specifications of Contract Agreement.
Maintain coordination between different Contractors working at the project site.
Construction Management for Geo Tech and Piling works.

PROJECT:
Construction of signal free junction at Qainchi, Ghazi road and Khaira. (Rs. 04 Billion. It’s a fast track Govt. of Punjab Project)
• Supervise the Load Test for both Working and Test piles.
• Detailed checking of work executed at site as per Drawings, B.O.Q. and Technical Specifications of Contract Agreement
• Maintain coordination between different Contractors working at the project site.
• Maintain general correspondence with NESPAK head office.

PROJECT:
Construction of NEELUM-JHELUM HYDRO-POWER PROJECT ( $ 2.89 Billion USD, Govt. of Pakistan Project)

• Detailed checking of work executed at site as per Drawings, B.O.Q. and Technical Specifications of Contract Agreement.
• Correspondence with the Client and Contractor.
• Verification of daily record of work progress including weather status, labor strength and daily plant / equipment status at project site.
• Maintaining a daily record of the quantity and type of material excavated on Excel sheets
• General site supervision
• To deal with frequent visits of foreign delegations, officials from MWH and Ministry of Water and Power.

PROJECT:
Construction of World Trade Center, Al Ghurair Giga Mall, Islamabad ( $ 400 Million USD)
Planning and Supervision of construction work at site as per Drawings and Specifications.
Supervision of RCC Structure (Raft, column, beam and slabs) as per drawings & technical specifications including Form work, Line & grade, Steel reinforcement, bar bending schedule and Concreting etc.
Maintaining concrete quality at site as per technical specifications.
Supervision of Finishing Works including Plaster, Granite, Porcelain and Ceramic Tiles Flooring, Paint, Polish, False ceiling, Door/Windows, Wardrobes, Cabinets, Roof treatment and Interior works
Supervision of Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing works.
Maintain coordination between different Contractors working at the project site.
Correspondence, Preparation of Daily and Monthly Progress reports to maintain record of work progress, Material, Staff, labor strength, plant / equipment and weather etc.
Arrangement of samples and performance of Laboratory tests of all site materials including steel reinforcement rebar, Sieve analysis of fine and course aggregates, Compression test of Concrete cube & concrete masonry blocks and Field density test of road works etc.
