Managing the Mechanical and Electrical team to maintain production. Provide expertise and technical knowledge to troublshoot through root casue analysis to improve the reliability of the process plant and packaging items. Supervise the Production Machines Operators to operate machines. Diagnose the fault and coordinate with Vendors. Maintain daily Attendance and Overtime of all Technical Staff. Daily maintenance of Machines like cleaning and safely turn ON/OFF. Esnure scheduling Preventive and Corrective maintenance on daily and weekly basis. Purchasing of Machines parts from markets and supplier. Supervise the maintenance of machines from different Vendors. Assign different tasks team Members. Coordination with Finance dept. to clear the Bills of Vendors Spare parts on weekly basis. Maintain Return-Non Return Gate passe records when any part goes for repairing outside the Company. Maintain all data in Office Files and MS-Excell like daily Complaint Forms, Spare Parts records, Petty Cash Bills, Vendors Bills, Genset and Lifts Documents, Machines Overhaul maintenance record, Preventive & Corrective records, Technical Staff Overtime Sheets, Daily Shift Report, Store Requisition Slips and Indent Record. I have clear all the Technical issues and i have done most of the Projects. Reporting to the Technical Director on daily or weekly basis by Email or on Phone.
