Experienced Import Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the import industry with following functions:
• Supervise all import issues including LC matters, order Processing, forwarder appointing and shipment Clearance.
• Have full command on Weboc, EIF and all import related matters
• Supervise in preparation of all custom related documents and correspondence with foreign principals on emails,
phone and fax.
• Assist To arrange the foreign visit schedules of MDs.
• Hotel reservation for foreign visitors
• Communication with customers through letter, fax and emails and liaison with branch offices
• Preparation of audit plans.
• Supervise timely update of all agreements with foreign Principals
• Review of quotation /agreement with existing and new customers.
• Supervise registration with all major departments like DGP Army, PEC, PNRA
• Handling all accounted matter related to principals by maintaining ledger
• Supervision of all work performed by Bio-med Technicians.
• Providing help in documentation, filing with regards to sales documents and maintenance of order files
• Enhance employee job satisfaction, involvement, engagement & commitment towards their work through offering
different reward strategies, appreciation letters and bonuses.
• Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and
other information assigned.
• Shortlisting the CVs according to the prescribed criteria
• Prepare staff’s Hire, Termination, transfer and renewal letters.
• Assumes responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working
relations with Company personnel and with management.
• Type’s memos and letters as requested.
• Review & propose changes in HR policies, compensation & benefits in order to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Responsible to develop, implement & manage HR strategies for recruitment, compensation, trainings & employee
relations.
