概要

Admin:


➢           Co-ordinate with all departments regarding administrative issues.


➢           Supervise the Janitorial staff and ensure effective cleaning in & around the facility.


➢           Supervise the cafeteria.


➢           Supervise gate inward & outward activities of people, material, equipment etc.


➢           Make necessary arrangements of security, transportation, entertainment for outside visitors.


➢           Ensure compliance with laid down policies and procedures.


➢           Travelling of staff (Air Ticketing, Hotel Accommodation, Rent A Car etc)


➢           Arrangements for Events / Picnics etc


➢           Repair & maintenance of Genset through approved vendor


➢           Repair & maintenance of CCTV cameras & DVRs through approved vendor.


➢           Procurement from Approved Vendors / Local Market


➢           Arrangement of Business Promotional Items.


➢           PR generating for miscellaneous requirements.


➢           Fuel Card Management.


➢           Mobile / Sim Management.


➢           Process all kind of general payments (All Branches)


➢           Courier Management.


➢           Insurnace of fixed assets / claim intimation (Related to Admin Department).


➢           Checking of Vendors / Contractors Bills.


➢           Supervise the scrap handling / waste material coming from different departments and        selling of scrap as rates approved by management.


➢           Petty Cash handling for general or as per request purchase.


➢           Handle Employee Relation Issues.


➢           Ensure the security measures in & around facility.


➢           Ensure the effective security arrangement for guest visiting the facility.


➢           CCTV surveillance of whole facility.


 


Fleet Management / Transport:


➢           Check & ensure safe & effective transportation for all staff from / to factory.


➢           Ensure proper control over use of vehicles through proper scheduling and programming.


➢           Vehicle maintenance through approved vendors.


➢           Insurance claim issues


➢           Ensure up to date logbook for each vehicle and prepare transport report etc.


➢           Detailing drivers and vehicles for duties by establishing priorities.


➢           Checking of petrol and maintenance bills.


➢           Ensure timely payment of vehicle tax, renewal of insurance, obtaining vehicle fitness        certificate, arranging route permit, if any and handling matters with Traffic Police       Department and Road Transport Authority.


 


Quality Responsibilities:


➢           Control the quality of various contractors from different department and transport with     respect to given specifications.


➢           Statistical analysis of control cost and corrective action against them.


➢           Maintain check sheets to minimize the defects ratio for better analysis and quality results.


➢           To response on in-house/field complaint with respective section and take recurrence          prevention measures and prepares quality trouble report after detail investigation.
