     Purchase Requisitions (PR) for Office/Kitchen Supplies and Mineral Water:
§  Keep track of inventory levels for office and kitchen supplies.
§  Create purchase requisitions when supplies run low, ensuring to include details such as quantity, preferred vendors, and any specific requirements.
§  Coordinate with procurement or purchasing department to place orders and ensure timely delivery.
  Procurement of New Accessories for Office Furniture, Printer, Dispenser, AC, Kitchen Appliances, etc.:
§  Identify the need for new accessories or equipment based on usage, wear and tear, or upgrades.
§  Research and source suitable accessories from reliable vendors, considering factors like quality, price, and compatibility.
§  Initiate purchase requisitions for the required items and follow through the procurement process until delivery.
Repair and Maintenance of Electric Plumbing Work at Office, Staff House, Guest House, Female Guest House, Warehouse:
§  Regularly inspect electrical and plumbing systems for any issues or signs of wear.
§  Document and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate department or service provider.
§  Coordinate with maintenance teams or external contractors to schedule and carry out necessary repairs or maintenance work.
§  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during repair and maintenance activities.
Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and Obtaining Quotations:
·       I\\\'ll gather the requirements for items or services needing purchase.
·       Obtain quotations from different vendors for comparison.
·       Once approved, I\\\'ll issue purchase orders to the selected vendors.
Managing Travel Arrangements for Staff:
·       Collect travel details from staff regarding their requirements.
·       Book flights, lodging, and transportation as per their preferences and company policies.
·       Make reservations for hotels and restaurants in various locations including Sindh and Baluchistan.
Petty Cash Management and Cash Book Maintenance:
·       Keep track of petty cash expenses on a daily basis.
·       Maintain a cash book spreadsheet to record all transactions accurately.
·       Assisting in Organizing Workshops, Seminars, and Meetings:
·       Assist in logistical arrangements for workshops, seminars, and official meetings.
·       Coordinate with vendors, arrange venues, and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available.
Supervising Staff and Daily Monitoring:
·       Oversee janitorial staff, kitchen support staff, gardener, and security guards.
·       Ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and security.
·       Provide guidance and support as needed.
 
·       HR Responsibilities Additional Task:
·       Take daily attendance of staff both at the office and field level.
·       Prepare monthly timesheets and maintain records of attendance.
·       Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including issuing joining reports, offer letters, and addendums.
·       Manage clearance and exit interviews for departing staff, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to HR.
·       Issue health insurance and employee cards to staff members.
·       Arrange farewell parties for departing staff and celebrate birthdays.

 Test the hypothesis that addition of safe drinking water reduces treatment /recovery time and improves the cost effectiveness of SAM treatment.
 Evaluate and compare the effectiveness and acceptability of three Point of Use (POU) water treatment technologies in the context of a Community Managed Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) program.
