I have working on Commercial and Residential towers each tower consisting of 6 and 42 stores.
 Manage and oversee overall activities of site in coordination with Project Manager and Planning Engineer.
 Involved in the construction activities of structural members (like Columns, beam, slabs, etc.).
 Ensuring of Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations to be implemented and practiced.
 Attend regular coordination meetings with sub-contractors and client for attainment of QA/QC objectives and project schedule timelines.
 Involved in inspection and monitoring of all types of concreting works.
 Involved in all types of finishing activities.
 Ensure the implementation of all of the relevant QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans and Work Instructions.
 Ensure fulfillment of all of the inspection & test requirements at all stages as per the Contract requirements.
 Establish and maintain Quality Management System for the different construction activities.
 Establish quality training matrix and conducting various trainings for different level management and employees.
 Responsible for overall management and operational aspects pertaining to project /contract.
 Prepare, review Contract General Requirement submittals, material submittals and drawings. Prepare method statements and Quality Control Plan.
 Performing management tasks. Involved the management meetings (Progress, Daily, Operative, and HSE Meetings) and decision making.
 Focusing the international level HSE rules and regulations, company standards as a daily routine.  Involved in HSE meetings, trainings, inspections

Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.Control the following items during concrete pouring
(Water cement ratio, temperature of concrete, mixing, vibration, bleeding, segregation, slump test, casting of cylinders/Cubes for testing)
Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programme and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications

Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
Waterproofing checking underground level and in wet areas in the building.
Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Companys Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.

 Responsible for execution of civil & structural works
 Prepare request for Inspection/Testing RFI for all activities at site.
 Responsible for material procurement as per the site requirement.
 Conducting weekly meetings and coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals
 Control the following items during concrete pouring
(Water cement ratio, temperature of concrete, mixing, vibration, bleeding, segregation, slump test, casting of cylinders/Cubes for testing)
 Preparing layout of work as per the plan
 Supervision of all setting out, alignment, backfilling and levelling, load bearing test and all services inside and outside the building.
 Checking of contractor bills
 Building interior works.
 Internal road and pavement work.
 Prepare estimations and related documents.
 Line out of buildings and roads as per plan.
 Preparation of bar bending schedule for all concrete members i.e. slabs, beams, columns, water tanks.
 Duties included attending all contract meetings with the client and consultant
