I have done Bachelors in Civil Engineering Technology. I have more than 19-years plus practical national and international experience working in the field of WASH including water resources, drinking water quality, water supply and sanitation, irrigation channels, link roads, street pavements, culverts, causeways, biogas plants, rainwater harvesting, DRR and drip irrigation. I have professional work experience in the design, management, planning, formulation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of projects with extensive involvement in both water supply and sanitation projects. I also worked with many international NGOs on different positions including IMC, IRC, CRS, ACTED, IRP on many projects. I have already worked in close collaboration with almost all donors in emergency programs like earthquake affected areas, flood affected areas and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) affected from the recent war against terrorism and devastating floods. br Based on my professional experience and job I am doing now, I have the competencies to communicate effectively to varied audiences during formal public speaking, can able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, set high standards for quality of work and consistently to achieve project goals, has good leadership and supervisory skills co-ordinates group activities, analyze and integrate diverse and complex quantitative and qualitative data from a wide range of sources, identify urgent and potentially difficult decisions initiate and generate wide activities, translate strategic direction into plans and objectives, quickly build rapport with individuals and groups maintain an effective network of individuals across organizational departments, and demonstrate, apply and share expert technical knowledge across the organization.br Yours Sincerely,br Arif Nawaz/p
