Working as Manager Human Resource and responsible to take of following duties:
1. Recruitment: Supervising the recruitment process of all candidates.
2. Budgeting: Preparing the HR budget.
3. Attendance: Maintaining the attendance of all employees.
4. Payroll: Prepare the payroll of all employees. Responsible of all affairs related to payroll like Loan, advances, overtime, late deduction or any other particular connect transaction.
