Over All Responsible of Project GEIDP
• Track the implementation progress of Teachers, against their outcomes and indicators as outlined in their Contracts
• Supervise M&E Staff to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on the partner’s project performance indicators.
• Help Manager to provide support to team to identify and address system weaknesses through diagnostic assessment;
• Assist Policy team to support AD regarding formulation/ development approval and implementation of policies regarding teaching Reading and Reading Assessment in the region;
• Assist Assistant Director BECS in developing and implementing monthly/ quarterly work plans, teacher trainings, and reports.
• Give support in development of strategy to review existing situation of BECS’s and in developing recommendations to strengthen these institutes with BECS terms.
• Support Regional office in organizing all events like workshops and meetings.
• Maintain/ keep all necessary record of project activities for M&E purposes.
• Provide input to further improve the Logical Frame Work
• Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual (and/or any other) monitoring reports.
• Conduct Door to door visits for screening and identification of malnourished cases (Children and women)
• Arrange & conduct regularly health education sessions at community level (in Schools, Madras’s and community centers)
• Identify the cases and report them to field office
• Close conduct with Health department and other key stakeholders
• Arrange meetings with BHU staff on weekly basis and with LHS/LHWs on monthly basis.
• Ensure carpet coverage of targeted area through constant visits
