A monthly new sim sale and Uload sale target was assigned by the Ufone regional office to franchises based on the area given to a particular franchise.I was responsible for the distribution of monthly targets among members of the sales department based on their working capacity and expertise in customer dealing.Conducting daily meetings with the sales department to make sure everything is going according to plan and solving problems either technical or financial which can affect workflow with the help of the regional IT department and regional help desk for managers.Hiring and training new and energetic individuals to strengthen the sales department and easy achievement of monthly new sim sale targets.After the successful completion of the target, a presentation was given to the Regional Manager and Area Manager regarding issues faced by my team in achieving the monthly target, so that these issues could be solved for better workflow in the future.
I was responsible for conducting a survey of people below the poverty line in targeted areas assigned by the head office with other team members.Storing data in a database and verifying the collected data on the basis of different parameters provided by the regional office so that only eligible people can be entertained.I was also responsible for conducting meetings with other team members regarding the planning and distribution of relief packages among people.After successful distribution, the presentation of the whole project was shared with the regional office.
