Recently, I joined IBEX Global as a customer service specialist, where I have further developed my communication and problem-solving abilities while managing customer interactions effectively. I am working as a customer service specialist at Ibex global for Walmart campaign where I handle global customers with their problems and questions.
At Ibex I have Successfully completed specialized training focused on providing customer support for Walmart.
Developed proficient problem solving skills in handling customer inquiries, issues and complains.
Gained hands-on experience with chat support software and customer care application (CCA) tools.
Business Co-consultant
I have been working along with my team member on a project given by Rozan organization where I developed five ready-to-run business plans for the survivors of Darul Amaan. I regularly visited Darul Amaan to motivate and encourage women to start their own businesses. Visited Darul Aman and Motivated needy females to initiate their own startups. All of the 5 business plans were approved and received funding, resulting in the successful establishment of five new ventures for the survivors. Networking and Partnership with local wholesalers for selling their products.
