Innovative and motivational professional with strong educational background in Gender and Development Studies. Recently completed Master degree in Gender and Development Studies from Lahore College for Women University. My MS/M.Phil research is mainly intent on Ambivalent Sexism prevalence in male dominated professions at workplace with in Pakistani context. My research is comprised of Ambivalent Sexism conceptual framework which is consisted of two components, hostile sexism (HS) and benevolent sexism (BS). Moreover, this research exhibit how hostile sexism and benevolent sexism impact women at workplace and how ambivalent sexism foster prejudices among male and female. I have also been involved in numerous projects focused on Sustainable Development Goal-5 (to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls) to eradicate gender disparities.
