Supply Chain Coordination: Managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to enhance operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to support uninterrupted operations.
Demand Planning: Analyzing sales forecasts and market trends to develop accurate demand plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilizing data analysis tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
