Position objective: Action Against Hunger is seeking a Community Mobilizer to plan, organize, manage all of the activities related to the community mobilization, including serving as a contact person to the community and village leaders. This position will support the community health workers and OTP team for implementation of outreach and OTP activities.
Responsibilities:
MISSION 1: Mapping of OTP/outreach services area and identification community health workers
MISSION 2: Supervise activities at community screening
MISSION 3: Network and coordination with the relevant sectors
MISSION 4: Additional Tasks

• To assist senior staff in work planning and door to door surveys at all levels.
• To create awareness of project aim and objectives in the communities
• To motivated community people through orientation sessions and project briefs.
• Responsible for reporting and maintaining the record updated on daily basis.
• Good in communication and flexible, able to present organization on different platforms.
• As team member, skills to motivate the community people and team members to develop project activities, planning and reporting.
• Identification and involvement of the vulnerable groups and families in the project planning and implementation. • Facilitate the IEC material distribution among the communities
• Any other activity assigned by senior staff.
