Communication, Partnership & Resource Mobilization: mobilized USD 3.9 million in country- level grants; led the process for development and implementation of communications, partnership and resource mobilization strategy; and introduced e-newsletters for external stakeholders including donors and international partners.

▪ Development of IEC material: Created IEC material on water, sanitation and hygiene issues for Plan International.

▪ Head of the organisation: Worked as overall head of the organisation; ensured ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous programme evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommended timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals;
▪ Strategic and programme planning: Developed, recommended, implemented and managed comprehensive organisational policies and programs; developed successful project grant proposals for USAID, the Asia Foundation, International Organization for Migration (IOM), and Trust for Democratic Education & Accountability (TDEA); developed and implemented strategies to maximise the synergies among programme areas;

▪ Project management: Executed the project as per plan with the help of a team of 20 persons including WASH Officer, Education Officer, Health Officer (Doctor), Child Protection Officer, Livelihood Officer, Community Development Specialists, and Admin Officer; reviewed the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards; ensured timely reporting and compliance to donor regulations; supervised overall program, financial and HR management of the project.
