Quality Assurance Officer
Effectively inspect the retail outlets of my assigned region for monitoring the Quality of Products at site , Dispenser Measuring Accuracy, OGRA Rates Implementation as well as Housekeeping Standards.
Preparation of all documents related to inspection of retail outlet .
Planning of route to visit the retail outlets terminals virtual depots in an cost effective manner so that Maximum no.of sites covered.
Samples which are suspected to be off specs are retained.
Customer Complaints resolution by visiting the Sites .
Managing the Mobile Testing Laboratory from every end .
Maintenance of HSE standards at Mobile Testing Laboratory as well as at retail outlets.
Training of forecourt Staff for fighting the emergency situation, fire fighting, crowd management, Risk management.
Calibration , Record & Inventories of Objects used in Mobile Testing Laboratory.
Completion of all the departmental duties assigned by Quality Assurance Manager.
Preparation of Records & maintain them.
Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports for In House & Ogra Requirements.
Quality Control Officer
Testing of Pharmaceutical Products at each stage in Quality Control Laboratory on all the modern equipments such as HPLC , FT-IR, KARL FISCHER etc.
