• Maintaining Staff record as well as data of whole retail base in market.
• Look after all the issues of the market faced by the team members.
• Train new members regarding dealing with retail base in market.
• Route planning and monthly target setting.
AS A FINANCE,
• Manual and systematic opening and closing of sales person on daily basis.
• Maintaining record of issued stock and in hand stock.
• Maintaining records of bank vouchers and purchases vouchers on daily basis.
• Daily Stock ordering.
