-Prepare HR and Recruitment policy of the Group for internal staff


-Arrange seminars, workshops and meetings and make necessary arrangements.


-Prepare Notes and speeches for the CEO on important forums/events.


-Assist CEO in formulation of strategic plans for promotion of business


-Keep a close liaison with the Diplomatic Corps. and Government departments for smooth execution of government-related assigned jobs.


-Use of Internet, Email and prepare project concept papers


-Disseminate the important information on business related matters to the business community through phone and circulars.

Job Description:


-In the capacity of Officer Incharge of Capital office, responsible for


-Independent correspondence with the business magnates for resolution of their problems with the concerned government agencies/Diplomatic Corps.


-Perform additional duty as Secretary to the FPCCI Standing Committees on Diplomatic Affairs and International Affairs to keep a close liaison with the Economic/Commercial and visa sections of the respective foreign missions based in Islamabad.

-Adopt ways means to project the intrinsic aim and objective of the FPCCI on National and International basis.


-Arrange Notifications, Circulars and Ordinances on a number of Taxes on Industry, issued by the Federal government and dissemination to the business community of Pakistan, through circulars by email, followed by courier.


-Provide logistic support to the members of Executive committee and visiting delegates.
