Trainee Shift Engineer
divpBeing a part of CTL family, core responsibility includes; Assist in operation & maintenance of plant and
machinery, project management, fabrication, monitoring for breakdown analysis to highlight bottle necks
hence to purpose a solution, technical spares inventory optimization and critical spares availability, and
control the overall shift activities of workshop.
Job Description:
• To ensure smooth plant operations with effective execution of preventive, corrective, and breakdown
maintenance.
• To assist in plant and machinery modification and new installations.
• Development and follow-up with implementation of CLIT checklists to ensure smooth out machine
operations.
• Record and monitor MTTR, MTTF and OEE.
• Spares inventory list development, spares MIL optimization based on annual spares utilization.
• To record and maintain daily progress report in liaison with concern departments.
• Make Permit to Work sheets and maintained the record of PR and MR./p/div

QA/QC Department:
• Parts drawing reading and details highlighting.
• Follow-up for lead time of mentioned parts.
