Planning Engineer
Construction of Right Bank Periphery Road (RBPR-04), Diamer Basha Dam Project
Examine project specifications, existing processes, and staff performance as well as design time schedules to meet budgets. Create baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines according to project management plan. Oversee and track project progress, and produce reports in a timely manner to meet all contract requirements. Design and execute planned versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Complete all projects within time and budget constraints. Ensure allocation of resources by delivering recommendations to maintain required progress. Assess gaps between the planned and actual progress as well as highlight the areas of concern to take effective actions. Provide notices to the Engineer to claim extension of time.
Key Accomplishments
Applied Excel and Primavera P6 to develop IFC delay schedule, evaluate delays occurred due to delayed IFC drawings, and deliver reports to the Engineer.

Achieve bottom-line results by developing baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines as per the project management plan. Create and retain records and schedules for EOT claim to incorporate all delay events incurred in the DTP. Apply Excel to design and submit IFC delay schedule to the Engineer for assessing delays due to delayed IFC drawings. Develop and deliver time impact (window) analysis to the engineer on a monthly basis. Hold full accountability for examining existing processes, manpower, and equipment’s performance and resolving deficiencies. Build synergies with project parties to organize project status reports and deliver notices to the engineer to claim extension of time. Facilitate the Senior Planning Engineer in producing EOT claims and executing planned versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Actively contribute in monthly progress meetings to discuss issues with the Engineer and Employer. Identify project specifications and designed time schedules and budgets to meet business goals.
